I opened a library! 😄🙌🏾
Not a physical one though (unfortunately).
Most newsletters have an archive where you can browse old articles.
Mine has one too. But something about it always bothered me.
Archives are useful, but they’re usually sorted by date. Which makes sense technically, but not practically.
Because if you’re struggling with sleep, anxiety, burnout, procrastination, stress eating, or if you just have a normal busy life, you probably don’t want to scroll through a long list of old articles trying to remember what I published in January.
You want to go straight to the thing you’re looking for right now.
That’s what made me think about actual libraries.
Libraries are easy to browse because everything is sorted by topic. You don’t have to walk through a graveyard of unrelated books to find what you need.
(Unless you’re like me and accidentally get stuck in the sci-fi aisle on your way to psychology.)
So I took my archive and turned it into the Health in Plain English Library.
Instead of sorting everything by date, I sorted it by topic/problem.
Inside, you’ll find 2 kinds of pieces:
Plain-English Breakdowns: help you understand what’s happening in your body and mind.
Action Guides: show you exactly what to do next—step by step, built for real life, especially when your brain is full and your nervous system is running the show.
Topics include sleep, burnout, procrastination, stress eating, worst-case thinking, anxiety, nervous system stuff, and more.
The goal is simple:
Find your problem and start reading there.
The great part is that as I keep publishing new newsletters every week, the library can keep growing without turning into a messy archive again.
Sounds like fun? Here’s your digital library card👇🏾
Happy reading,
Hussein
P.S. Paid subscribers get instant access to every Action Guide in the library, plus every new one I publish. For less than one Uber Eats order per month. Annual subscribers get 4 months free compared with monthly.

Haven't gotten around to thanking you for making this available. What a treat. Thank you so much for the incredible work you are doing.
Wow, what a great idea!!!
